Registration
Every person who wants to participate must be individually registered on this system. If, for example, you have entered the particulars for a participant, you must log out of the system before you can commence the registration of a second participant. The same applies for each subsequent participant you want to register.

Please indicate, in the appropriate fields below, how namy items the participant enters for in each of the given entry classes. Calculate the total entry fee and complete the specified field. (Sorry, the programme we use for building the web site is not yet able to do the calculation for you - next year!)
Please Note:
Group items: A Group item is an item in which two or more participants are involved. One participant from the group OR the organiser must register as "group leader" and pays R50.00 Alle other particpants in the group item register as "group members". There is no fee for group members.

(Accompanists for items are NOT registered as participants, but their names are provided with each item they accompany.)

Parental permission and indemnity
Below, please provide the particulars of the parent or guardian of the participant. A statement will be emailed to the above email address. This must be signed by the parent and submitted with the payment or proof of payment. Participants or group leaders who are older than eighteen must please complete the fields below, even if the information is the same as above.
