| Entry fees: | | | Novice: R25,00 per item | | | Advanced : R35,00 per item | | | Groups/families: R50,00 per item | 2.
| All entry fees must be paid before or on 31 October. No money will be accepted at the venue. Proof of payment and an entry form are required at the day of participation. Each participant will receive a number. | | | 3. | The organizer must receive all entries before 31 October. Late entries carry a R10,00 penalty per item.
| 4.
| Only 1 item per subsection are allowed. For instance 1 per instrument or 1 ballet dance.
| 5.
| A time limit is set on categories 1, 2 and 5. Novice participants are limited to a 2 min item. Advanced are allowed 3 to 5 min en senior participants, 5 to 8 min. The purpose of the limitation is only to accommodate all entries.
| 6.
| The organizer will supply the following: CD-, tape recorder, micro phones, sound system, ,a piano and tables. | 7.
| For all other items/ projects you need to bring your own accessories: extension cord, prestik, masking tape, tablecloths, etc. Your presentation is part of the adjudication. | 8.
| Please keep in mind that the contents of all the items must support the Christian character of the Eisteddfod and therefore must not be offensive to anybody. Parents need to use discretion their please.

| A roadmap and directions will be available on the website
| 10.
| Loyalty awards will be presented as part of the birthday celebrations. Home schoolers will receive a bronze, silver of gold certificate according their amount of years of participation. | 11.
| A one hour concert will be held after the Eisteddfod. Participants will be selected from a list supplied by the adjudicators.
